UK DELIVERY
We know it is important for you to receive your purchase quickly and hassle-free as possible so we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as we can. If you have any special requirements or need anymore information regarding a delivery, please contact us at info@aloraa.co.uk.
All orders below £75 to UK destinations will incur a delivery fee of £3.99 (Standard Delivery) and orders above £75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery times are usually within 3-5 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We also offer an Express Delivery service for £8.99 which is typically delivered between 1-3 business days. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.
If you need your parcel to arrive earlier, we can arrange Next Day Delivery at an additional charge. Please contact us at info@aloraa.co.uk.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you are an international customer and would like to purchase our products, please email us at info@aloraa.co.uk detailing which products you are interested in and your preferred delivery address. We will then get back to you with the shipping options and fees.
VAT
All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling, including VAT where applicable. These prices apply to orders delivered to destinations within the UK.
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aloraa.co.uk and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of the return. We always advise to obtain a proof of the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in a saleable condition.
Returns
Damages and issues
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are at the customers expense, except in instances where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In these instances please notify us within 48hours. You can contact us by email info@aloraa.co.uk and if possible please include photos.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
